  • 6 large peppers with tops cut off or 4 peppers that are cut in half. I use green, red, yellow, and orange sometimes

  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Emeril's bam burger seasoning
  • 1 can 15 oz tomato sauce with garlic
  • 2 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 can Petite diced tomatoes drained
  • 1 dash salt and pepper
  • 1 can 15 oz brooks mild or spicy chili beans drained
  • 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Stuffed bell peppers in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Pre heat oven to 375° F Remove seeds and rinse peppers throughly with water
  • Step 2
  • Salt and pepper the insides of the peppers and place in a baking dish add 1/2 cup water to the bottom of dish
  • Step 3
  • cook ground beef with onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and seasoning
  • Step 4
  • drain beef and add 1/2 can of sauce, beans, tomatoes, rice, and 1 cup of cheese mix throughly
  • Step 5
  • stuff peppers with mixture top with remaining sauce and cheese
  • Step 6
  • cover and bake for 25 minutes then uncover and bake for another 25 minutes
