  • 3 skinless boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 Brocolli crowns
  • 1 Freshly Chopped Mushrooms
  • 2 cup shredded parmesian cheese
  • 2 Jars of alfredo sauce
  • 1 bag of shredded cheese
  • 1 box noodle shells

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make STUFFED Chicken Alfredo Shells in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Boil chicken and broccoli in a pan for about 35 minutes.
  • Step 2
  • Drain the mixture and add it to a deep mixing bowl, adding your mushrooms, and parmesan cheese.
  • Step 3
  • Get a hand mixer and mix the mixture on low with about a half cup of water to shred the chicken and mixture.
  • Step 4
  • Boil the noodles with a tablespoon of butter, drain and Cool.
  • Step 5
  • Grease a deep casserole dish, fill the shells with the mixture and place them in the pan
  • Step 6
  • Once pan is filled with the stuffed shells, top with the Alfredo sauce and shredded cheese. [I find it best to heat the sauce first then pour evenly across the stuffed shells] and cover with aluminum foil
  • Step 7
  • Bake at 375°F Ferinheight - for 45 minutes - pull from oven and let Cool for about 20 minutes.
