  • 3 green onion
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 egg
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tsp mayonnaise

  • preheat oven to 350°F

  • cut green onion and parsley to little pieces
  • Step 3
  • with the food process mix tomatoes and garlic till it smooth

  • spread the ingredients on the fish roll it up and dip the rolled fish in the bread crumb and need to stick a toothpick in to it so it won't full out.
