  • 8 each Fresh Pablano Peppers
  • 16 oz Monterey Jack Cheese Block
  • 1 can Red Sauce (Enchilada Sauce)
  • 2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese

How to Make Stuffed Pablano Peppers

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Stuffed Pablano Peppers in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Step 2
  • Cut out tops around stem and pull out seeds. Wash out seeds. Set aside.
  • Step 3
  • Slice Monterey Jack into pieces that will fit in pepper from bottom to top. I stuff 2-3 pieces inside and cut off any sticking out top.
  • Step 4
  • Lay in glass or metal pan (small square) arranging in a nice fashion. Pour red sauce over top using entire can. Sprinkle shredded cheese all over top.
  • Step 5
  • Cook for 30 mins. Enjoy!!
