  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 small Onion (diced)
  • 1 large Bell Pepper (diced)
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes (29 oz)
  • 1 can Tomato Soup (or sauce) (10 oz)
  • 1 can Chicken Broth (or beef broth) (14 oz)
  • 2 cup Cooked Rice
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 Shredded Cheddar Cheese (for topping)

How to Make Stuffed Pepper Soup

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Stuffed Pepper Soup in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In a large pot, brown and crumble ground beef along with diced green peppers and onion over medium-high heat. When cooked drain excess grease.
  • Step 2
  • Put Beef back in pot and add diced tomatoes. Add in chicken broth, tomato soup, Stir.
  • Step 3
  • Add rice, stir again, then add seasonings (sugar, garlic powder, salt & pepper to taste).
  • Step 4
  • Cover and let simmer on low-medium heat for about 30 minutes. Serve!
