  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 packages tomato paste

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Stuffed peppers in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut the top off of and hollow out the peppers
  • Step 2
  • Mix all ingredients together and stuff peppers.
  • Step 3
  • Pour tomato paste into slow cooker, place peppers in sauce. Put some sauce on top of the meat for additional flavor. Cook for 6 hours on low.
