  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 packages Ground beef
  • 1 box Jumbo shells
  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 tbsp Adobo Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cup Mexican shredded cheese

How to Make Stuffed Shells

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 9 steps you must follow to make Stuffed Shells in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Step 2
  • Add olive oil to pan. Cook the onions until they start to turn brown.
  • Step 3
  • Add the ground beef. Cook very well then add the Adobo seasoning, garlic powder, along with the spinach and cilantro. Set aside when done.
  • Step 4
  • Start boiling the shells
  • Step 5
  • As soon as the shells are done. Rinse them with cold water.
  • Step 6
  • Start stuffing the shells with the ground beef mix.
  • Step 7
  • Once your done place them in a big enough glass dish that's oven safe. Or aluminum plate
  • Step 8
  • In a bowl mix the tomato sauce and garlic.
  • Step 9
  • Once shells are placed, add the tomato sauce on top. Then sprinkle a good layer of cheese. Place in the oven for a good 25 to 30 mins.
