  • 8 oz Feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped black olives
  • 1 smoked paprika

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 350 *F.
  • Step 2
  • Cut squash in half lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Then put in bake pan with 1/2" / 12 mm water with the cut side down. Bake for 45 min.

  • When the squash is done let cool and scrape the inside into a bowl.
  • Step 4
  • Mix everything together.
  • Step 5
  • Stuff in the shell and top with smoked paprika for eye appeal.
