  • 5 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Kale
  • 1/2 cup Cheese
  • 1/2 packages Cooked Bacon
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion
  • 1/4 cup Mushrooms

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There is 1 step you must follow to make SugaMamas Green Eggs & Ham (Kale & Bacon Omelette) in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cook Bacon. Drain & Set aside. Sautee Onions, Mushrooms & Kale together with 1 tablespoon of butter (I used Can't Believe It's Not Butter). Turn off fire. Beat 5 eggs in a bowl with a tablespoon or 2 of warm water & spices (ie, rosemary, pepper, garlic powder)...Pour in pan with veggies....turn fire back on low heat. Make sure you spread veggies around evenly... add 3-4 strips of bacon (can be broke in halves if too much bacon....not!)....sprinkle cheese on bacon.... flip 1/2 side of omelette over other side...flip on other side after 1-2 minutes... sprinkle remaining cheese on top. enjoy! *can add slices of avocado & a spoonful of sour cream to add extra flavor!
