  • 1 box Angel Hair Pasta
  • 1 lb Any size shrimp, Thawed.
  • 1/2 cup Green onion, Chopped
  • 6 oz Feta Cheese
  • 1/2 can Hot Rotel
  • 1 bunch Cilantro chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 3 oz Black Olives
  • 1 olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 Cavender's All Purpose Greek Seasoning
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 dash ground black pepper
  • 3 pads of Butter
  • 1 lemon

How to Make Summer Shrimp Pasta Salad

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Summer Shrimp Pasta Salad in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Boil pasta according to directions.
  • Step 2
  • Thaw Shrimp and sautee in butter and Extra Virgin Olive Oil and garlic. Cook for 2 mins on each side or until done. Squeeze 1/2 lemon to shrimp while it sautees.
  • Step 3
  • Once pasta is done, run under cold water. Add Olive oil so it won't stick. Shrimp should be done.
  • Step 4
  • Chop green onion and cilantro. Add to cold pasta and toss with shrimp
  • Step 5
  • Add feta, 1/2 can of drained rotel, can of black olives and season with Cavender's Seasoning to your liking.
  • Step 6
  • Toss in a little more Olive oil and refrigerate overnight or enjoy right away.
