  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 3 clove garlic
  • 1 can 28 oz crushed tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 cup beef stock
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 4 tbsp water

How to Make Sunday Chili

    Step 1
  • In large sauce pan heat oil, sauté onion. add salt
  • Step 2
  • Add chili powder, cumin, red pepper and oregano. brown the meat.
  • Step 3
  • Stir in garlic, tomato, tomato paste, beef stock, and beans.
  • Step 4
  • Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer
  • Step 5
  • Simmer uncovered for 1 to 1 1/2 hours stirring occasionally.
