  • 40 ml Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp (A) Usukuchi soy sauce
  • 2 tsp (A) Wasabi
  • 1 tsp (A) Lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp (A) Heavy cream or half milk/ half cream
  • 1 (A) Salt
  • 1 (A) Pepper
  • 1 (A) Umami seasoning (optional)
  • 1 Black pepper (coarsely ground, if possible)

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 17 steps you must follow to make Super Creamy Avocado Cream Pasta in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut the garlic, bacon and onion as listed in the ingredients. This time I also added a few shrimp.

  • The avocado makes it amazingly creamy, even though it only has a small amount of heavy cream in it. Add in whatever else you like to the pasta.
