  • horseradish sauce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup prepared horseradish, give or take based on how spicy you like

    Step 1
  • in a medium saucepan simmer broth and worcestershire sauce, reducing slightly to a light bodied sauce, about 15 minutes.
