  • 3 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

    Step 1
  • On medium high heat, heat oil in large skillet or wok.
  • Step 2
  • Add peas, carrots, onion &garlic. Stir fry until tender.
