  • 2 cup cooked rice (I use a steamer)
  • 1 1/2 cup peas (thawed)
  • 2 bunch green onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 can water chesnuts

    Step 1
  • Cook rice in steamer then put in fridge to cool
  • Step 2
  • In pan on med heat, cook peas, onions and water chestnuts with a little evoo until warm.
  • Step 3
  • Push veggies to the side of pan, add eggs. Once eggs are scrambled mix all together.
  • Step 4
  • Add rice to veggie mix well. Once mixed add soy sauce. Mix until all is incorporated and warm!
  • Step 5
  • Add other veggies of you like. Sweet chili sauce is great with it!
