  • 1 cup Italian salad dressing (vinegar oil based)
  • 2 tbsp Red wine (optional)

How to Make Super Simple Chicken Kabobs

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Super Simple Chicken Kabobs in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut chicken into approximately 1 inch cubes. Marinade in dressing for 1 to 2 hours.
  • Step 2
  • Diced vegetables and a good sized chunks.
  • Step 3
  • Put vegetables and chicken onto wooden skewers. (soak wooden skewers in water for several hours or overnight)
  • Step 4
  • Set up your grill for Direct Heat. Fold a heavy duty piece of aluminum foil in half to make a grill shield.
  • Step 5
  • Before grilling coat with a thin layer of vegetable oil. (a spray nonstick oil will work as well)
  • Step 6
  • Grill 5 minutes or so on the first side. Rotate on the grill as needed to avoid the hot spots.
  • Step 7
  • Flip chicken kabobs over and continue to cook for an additional 4 or 5 minutes.
  • Step 8
  • Let cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
