  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 can tomato paste (6 ounces)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 packages cream cheese (8 ounces) cubed
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 7 cup cooked egg noodles

How to Make Super Supper

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Super Supper in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Step 2
  • In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until beef is no longer pink and onion is tender; drain and return to skillet. Add the water, tomato paste, salt and garlic powder to beef. Bring to a boil then reduce heat; cover and simmer 5-7 minutes or until heated through.
  • Step 3
  • In a small saucepan, melt cream cheese over low heat stirring constantly. Gradually stir in milk and Parmesan cheese until blended and smooth.
  • Step 4
  • Place cooked noodles in a greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Spread meat sauce evenly over noodles. Spoon cream cheese mixture evenly over meat sauce. Bake uncovered at 350° for 30 minutes or until heated through.
