  • 7 grams ● Matcha powder
  • 30 grams Unsalted butter
  • 80 grams Sugar
  • 1 egg Egg
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • 1 Frying oil

How to Make Superb Old-Fashioned Matcha Doughnuts

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Superb Old-Fashioned Matcha Doughnuts in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Combine all of the ingredients marked with a ● and sift.

  • Use a cookie cutter to cut out shapes, and then deep-fry in oil at 335℉ (170℃) to 350℉ (180℃). When you bite into the finished doughnuts, the inside should be bright green.
