  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 500 grams Meatballs
  • 200 grams mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tbsp plain flour
  • 2 cup Beef stock
  • 1/4 cup Thickened cream
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas

How to Make Swedish meatballs

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Swedish meatballs in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat oil in large fry pan on high. Cook meatball until well browned. Transfer to plate and keep warm.
  • Step 2
  • Add flour to pan, cook stirring for 1 minute until blown in colour,
  • Step 3
  • Gradually stir in stock and cream. Bring to boil, stirring until thick.
  • Step 4
  • Return meatballs to pan with peas. Reduce heat to medium, simmer 10 minutes until meatballs are warmed through. Serve with crusty bread and cranberry jam.
