  • 2 piece meaty fish
  • 4 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 piece onions, sliced thinly
  • 1 medium ginger, sliced thinly
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced thinly
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced thinly
  • 1 cup tomato paste
  • 1 spring onions, sliced
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • salt, pepper
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

How to Make Sweet & Sour Fish

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Sweet & Sour Fish in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Salt a little on the fish and set a side
  • Step 2
  • Heat the pan with 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, and fry the fish until golden brown, and set aside
  • Step 3
  • In another pan, heat it with 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
  • Step 4
  • Sautee garlic, onions, ginger on the pan then add the tomato paste, vinegar, sugar and water. Let it simmer
  • Step 5
  • Then add the fish and let it simmer till the sauce is thick. Add the bell peppers. Put salt and pepper to taste. And sprinkle onions on top. Serve while hot.:)
