  • Sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 Salmon
  • 1 salt and pepper (dash of each)

How to Make Sweet & Tangy Salmon

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Sweet & Tangy Salmon in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • For sauce: Melt butter, brown sugar, honey, soy sauce and grated ginger.
  • Step 2
  • Once melted, whisk in dijon mustard. Cook 2 min then set aside. (Makes 6 servings)
  • Step 3
  • Heat 1 tsp olive oil in pan.
  • Step 4
  • Lightly salt and pepper salmon and place in pan. Cook 3 min
  • Step 5
  • Flip salmon (should be lightly golden) and top with some sauce. Cook 3 min.
  • Step 6
  • Flip salmon again and top with some sauce on this side. Cook 2-3 more min or until salmon cooked through
  • Step 7
  • YUMMY!! Enjoy!
