  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Sweet and sour sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup water

How to Make Sweet and sour fish

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Sweet and sour fish in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Wash and clean the fish. Cut it in to bite sized peices.
  • Step 2
  • Season the flower in a bowl with salt and pepper. Beat the eggs and season it with salt and peper.

  • Dip the fish in the flower and then the egg mixture. Place it in the hot oil and fry till golden. Set it aside.

  • Add the sweet and sout sauce ingredients and fry fir 5 minutes.
  • Step 7
  • Add the fish and fry for 5 minutes.
