  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon tamari soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon pineapple juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 3/4 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1/2 cup sliced onion

How to Make Sweet and Sour Tofu Crockpot

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Sweet and Sour Tofu Crockpot in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Spray a nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Sauté the tofu until it is lightly browned on each side. Add to a 4- quart slow cooker.
  • Step 2
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, water. Sesame seeds, brown sugar, tamari, pineapple juice, and ginger until the sugar fully dissolves. Pour over the tofu.
  • Step 3
  • Add the remaining ingredients. Cook on low for 4 hours. Remove the lid and cook on low for 30 minutes.
