  • 100 grams beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 shallots
  • 2 small cloves
  • 1 small ginger
  • 2 red chili
  • 1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • pinch salt
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • pinch black pepper
  • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • pinch sesame seeds (optional)

How to Make Sweet Beef

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Sweet Beef in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut into slice onion, shallots, cloves, ginger, and red chili
  • Step 2
  • Cut beef into slice or you can cut it into dice
  • Step 3
  • Saute onion, shallots, cloves with vegetable oil until smell nice, add ginger and red chili
  • Step 4
  • Add beef and mushrooms at the same time
  • Step 5
  • Add some salt and black pepper to taste
  • Step 6
  • Add all the soy sauces and sugar, stir fry until all ingredients combined and have a good taste. You can add more soy sauce if you like. Or maybe more red chili if you want it more spicy.
  • Step 7
  • Served it with sesame oil and sprinkle some sesame seeds if you like.
