  • 5 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 tbsp butter

  • Cut hole in bottom of pumpkin and scrape out seeds.

  • Pour seeds in bowl of spices and stir or shake to coat.
  • Step 11
  • Store seeds in airtight container up to one month (if they last that long).
