  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cooking spray
  • 1 tbsp white whole wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp margarine (trans fat free)
  • 1/4 cup whole milk

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Step 2
  • Combine sweet potatoes, three fourths of the brown sugar substitute, milk, egg, melted margarine, and vanillia. Stir well.
  • Step 3
  • Spoon the mixture into a shallow baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  • Step 4
  • In a separate bowl, combine the flour and remaining brown sugar substitute. Cut in 1 tablespoon of margarine. Mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over the potatoes.
  • Step 5
  • Bake for roughly 35 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.
