  • 3/4 cup AP Flour
  • 1 Oil For Frying
  • 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
  • Butter Sauce
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 cup Half and Half

How to Make Sweet Potato Fritters w/ Butter Dipping Sauce
