  • 1 tsp sugar
  • vegetable oil

  • Beat the egg in a bowl. Add the dashi and the sugar, then mix.
  • Step 2
  • Heat vegetable oil in a tamagoyaki pan. When heated well, pour in 1/2 of the egg mixture.

  • Step 4
