  • 4 10oz - 12oz t-bone steak
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper

    Step 1
  • Combine butter, Chile's, cilantro, and tequila in a bowl and stir until incorporated.
  • Step 2
  • Place a sheet of aluminium foil on a work surface and cover with an equal size piece of plastic wrap. Spoon butter mixture into center and roll into log, twisting ends, until a tight cylinder is formed. Refrigerated at least 3 hours and up to overnight.
  • Step 3
  • Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Season steaks with salt and pepper and grill on one side for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Step 4
  • Meanwhile, slice butter log into eight equal-size pieces.
  • Step 5
  • Flip steaks and top each steak with 2 butter slices. Continue to grill until butter begins to melt, another 4 to 5 minutes. Transfer to plate and serve.
