  • 3 bags Parsley (minced)

  • 2 Tomatoes (medium)

  • 1 Mint leaves (optional)
  • 2 Lemon
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic (grated)
  • 1 Salt and pepper

    Step 1
  • Sauté the grated garlic and olive oil until fragrant, then let cool.
  • Step 2
  • Rehydrate the Bulgar flour. Soak the flour in a little more salted water than flour. It should be a little firm.

  • Finely chop the parsley.
  • Step 4
  • Thinly slice the green onions. Finely chop the mint leaves as well.
