  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 box cream cheese
  • 1/2 can salsa
  • 1 packages shedd. cheese

    Step 1
  • begin to cook the ground beef and season as you would do usually (i use onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, sazon and sofrito)
  • Step 2
  • spread cream cheese on the bottom of a 9x9 dish
  • Step 3
  • preheat oven oven to 400
  • Step 4
  • when ground beef is finished add it on top of the cream cheese
  • Step 5
  • then add the salsa
  • Step 6
  • last add the shedd. cheese
  • Step 7
  • put it in the oven for 10 mins
  • Step 8
  • the serve with nachos and if you want even a side of rice
