  • 1/4 head romaine lettuce
  • 4 oz ground beef
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 oz taco sauce
  • 1 slice tomato
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 pinch salt
  • 2 pinch ground black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

How to Make Taco Salad

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Taco Salad in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Place ground beef in pan, heat and cook to 155°F. Season with cumin, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt.
  • Step 2
  • Cut 1/4 head of lettuce, shred, and plate. Cut slice of tomato, and dice. Sprinkle over lettuce.
  • Step 3
  • Drain grease from cooked ground beef, and sprinkle over lettuce.
  • Step 4
  • Spread cheese over top, and drizzle taco sauce. Optional to garnish with 1 oz of crumpled Doritos.
