  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 29 oz fire roasted diced tomatoes
  • 7 oz mexicorn (or plain canned corn) drained
  • 15 oz canned black beans, drained
  • 15 oz ranch style beans
  • 15 oz navy beans (white)
  • 10 oz Rotel (your favorite kind)
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning
  • 1 envelope ranch salad dressing & seasoning mix
  • 1 fritos chips for serving
  • 1 shredded cheddar cheese for topping

How to Make Taco Soup

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Taco Soup in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Saute onion in olive oil
  • Step 2
  • Add ground beef, cook until brown and drain
  • Step 3
  • Add all ingredients and beef mixture to pot.
  • Step 4
  • Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 1 hour

  • Serve with fritos, topped with cheese
