  • 6 tablespoons Tahini
  • 1 1/2 cups Oats (quick cooking or rolled porridge oats)
  • 1/2 cup Honey or agave syrup
  • 1/2 cup Chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon

How to Make Tahini Cookies

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Tahini Cookies in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease cookie sheets.
  • Step 2
  • In a medium bowl, stir together the tahini, honey/agave syrup and cinnamon. Mix in walnuts and oats until well blended.
  • Step 3
  • Drop by teaspoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets. Cookies should be about 2 inches apart.
  • Step 4
  • Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are slightly brown. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before removing to wire racks to cool completely.
