How to Make Tahini

  • Toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan for about 3-4 minutes, don't stop moving them.
  • Step 2
  • Take to a blender or food processor blend them to become a paste drizzle olive oil till liquidfied into a paste add salt
  • Step 3
  • I strained through a sieve
