  • 4 salmon filets
  • 1 bottle tamarind H1 sauce
  • 1 tbsp ginger; minced
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp lemon peel seasoning
  • 2 tsp ground coriander seed
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 sea salt
  • 1 EVOO; as needed
  • 1 peppercorn melange

How to Make Tamarind Salmon

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Tamarind Salmon in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Marinate fish in enough H1 to cover with minced ginger for 24 hours.
  • Step 2
  • Dry salmon. Cover with just enough oil to cover. Season. Roast at 400° for approximately 10-15 minutes or until thermometer reaches 145°
  • Step 3
  • Variations; Mustard, parsley, Worcestershire, citrus, tarragon, roasted garlic, lemon-pepper seasoning
