  • 7 Satoimo (taro root)
  • 7 slice Bacon

  • 2 tbsp ●Sake

How to Make Taro Root Bacon Wraps

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Taro Root Bacon Wraps in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Peel the satoimo (taro root) and lightly wash. Microwave with a small amount of water to soften. Drain and roughly mash.
  • Step 2
  • Make 13-14 patties and wrap with bacon. Combine the ● ingredients.
  • Step 3
  • Turn on the heat to medium-low. Place the wraps joint-side down and fry without touching. When the bacon sticks to the satoimo, flip, and fry the other side the same way.
  • Step 4
