  • 1 tsp dark soy sauce

  • 1 tsp chilly powder

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped onion

  • mix everything but salmon in a bowl,taste to see if you like it

  • wash the salmon and rub the mixed seasoning on

  • preheat oven to 170c,drain the salmon,save the mix
  • Step 5
  • bake salmon for 15-20 minutes or untill it's cooked thoroughly
