  • 1 side of salmon with or without skin; deboned
  • 10 packets of ginger-lemon tea
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp lemon peel or lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 salt and pepper
  • 1 lemon zest for garnish

How to Make Tea Marinated Salmon

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Tea Marinated Salmon in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Rub salmon with olive oil. Cover heavily with tea. Marinate for 24 hours
  • Step 2
  • Wash tea off of salmon. Season. Roast at 350° for approximately 30 minutes or until thermometer reaches 145°
  • Step 3
  • Variations; Honey, agave, cajun seasoning, 5 spice seasoning
