  • 2 1/2 lb Fresh Catfish Fillets
  • 5 tbsp Dill Weed
  • 3 1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 5 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 3 tbsp Salted Butter
  • 3 piece Alluminum Foil
  • 3 slice White Onion
  • 3 slice Red Onion
  • 3 slice Sweet Onion
  • 3 Sliced Grape Tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil

How to Make Tennessee Catfish

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Tennessee Catfish in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Place each fillet on a decent sized piece of foil. Turn oven to 375°F.
  • Step 2
  • Cover fillets in Dill, Garlic, Old Bay and put a tablespoon of butter on top of each fillet. Then place 1 slice of white, sweet and red onion, followed by sliced grape tomato. Drizzle olive oil on top.
  • Step 3
  • Wrap fillets in foil like a cucoon with an opening on top.
  • Step 4
  • Place in oven for 40 minutes
  • Step 5
  • Enjoy with your choice of sides.
