  • 1 dash Salt

  • 1 Plain flour
  • 50 ml A. Water
  • 50 ml A. Sake
  • 50 ml A. Mirin
  • 50 ml A. Soy sauce
  • 1 clove A. Grated garlic
  • 1 Oil
