  • 1 dash Plain flour
  • 2 tbsp ●Sugar
  • 2 tbsp ●Sake
  • 2 1/2 tbsp ●Soy sauce
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons ●Mirin

How to Make Teriyaki Chicken

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Teriyaki Chicken in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Season the chicken with salt and pepper, dredge with flour and pan fry with oil until both sides are crispy.
  • Step 2
  • Pat the excess oil off with a paper towel, and add sugar, sake, soy sauce and mirin in a pan.
  • Step 3
  • Cover with a lid and cook for couple minutes until the sauce is the right consistency.
