  • 2 large Eggplant
  • 2 medium Green peppers
  • 1 tbsp ★ Sake
  • 1 tbsp ★ Soy sauce

  • 1/2 tbsp ★ Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 White sesame seeds

How to Make Teriyaki Eggplants

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Teriyaki Eggplants in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Peel the eggplants vertically with a peeler, cut lengthwise into halves, then chop them up roughly. Chop the green peppers into four lengthwise pieces, then chop them up roughly.
