  • 2 bunch Kale
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

How to Make Teriyaki Kale

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Teriyaki Kale in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Rinse kale and pat dry with paper towel.
  • Step 2
  • Heat olive oil in large skillet. Saute garlic in oil until golden, careful not to over cook.
  • Step 3
  • Add kale into pan, tossing immediately. Allow kale to wilt, stirring occasionally.
  • Step 4
  • Add soy sauce, teriyaki sauce and pepper flakes into the kale and toss one final time. The kale cooks incredibly quickly and will be done in about 5-6 minutes.
  • Step 5
  • Serve as a side, add to noodles or rice as a stir fry!
