  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 lb ground turkey or chicken
  • 1 tsp ground fresh ginger
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 8 whole grain hamburger buns
  • 8 slice Chedder or Monterey Jack cheese
