  • 3 lb Chicken Wings
  • 1 large Onion (chopped)
  • 1 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Dry Sherry
  • 1 tbsp Honey

How to Make Teriyaki Wings

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Teriyaki Wings in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Rinse chicken wings
  • Step 2
  • Cut off and discard the tips
  • Step 3
  • Remove as much of the chicken skin as you can and cut the wings in half (at the joint)
  • Step 4
  • Broil the wings for 20 minutes (10 minutes each side)
  • Step 5
  • Mix all of the other ingredients in a bowl
  • Step 6
  • Put the chicken wings into the slow cooker and pour the mixture over them
  • Step 7
  • Cover and cook on Low for 4-5 hours or High for 2-3 hours
  • Step 8
  • Stir to make sure the wings are fully coated before you serve
