  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 bunch Green Onions (use more or less if you like
  • 1 lb Chicken breasts ( I only used 2 out of the 3 in the package but you can use as much as you like)
  • 1 Chipotle bbq sauce (or any bbq sauce you like)
  • 1 Shredded cheddar and Colby cheese mix
  • 1 packages Flatbread (I found some at Wal-Mart in the bakery section)
  • 1 Olive oil

How to Make TGI Friday's Bbq Chicken Flatbread

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make TGI Friday's Bbq Chicken Flatbread in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Dice the peppers and onions. Set aside
  • Step 2
  • Cut chicken into little bite size pieces. I seasoned them with Adobe seasoning but you can season them anyway you like
  • Step 3
  • Pour a little olive oil in the pan and cook chicken until no longer pink.
  • Step 4
  • Grill flatbread on both sides until nice and toasted. (You can also place under broiler in oven).
  • Step 5
  • Spread bbq sauce on flatbread and sprinkle with shredded cheese, peppers and onions.
  • Step 6
  • Place back in oven for a few minutes until cheese is melted. Cut into slices and enjoy.
