  • 4 cup Napa Cabbage (Chopped)
  • 1 1/2 cup Carrots (Shredded)
  • 1 cup Cilantro (Chopped)
  • 2 cup Bean Sprouts
  • 1/2 cup Peanuts (Chopped)
  • Coleslaw Sauce Mixture
  • 1/2 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Rice Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 clove Garlic (Minced)
  • 3 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Creamy PeanutButter
  • 1 tsp Ginger (Fresh & Grated)
  • 1 Lime (Juiced)
  • 1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce

How to Make Thai Coleslaw

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Thai Coleslaw in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In a mixing bowl mix together all the Coleslaw Sauce ingredients
  • Step 2
  • In a large mixing bowl mix together the cabbage, carrots, cilantro and peanuts
  • Step 3
  • Add desired amount of sauce into the slaw. Make sure that you don't just dump all the sauce or else it'll be very soggy
  • Step 4
  • Refrigerated until cold, in our house we like to use this recipe on top of Turkey burgers
