Ingredients: Thai Fried Rice

  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 8 clove garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup Jasmine Rice
  • 1 1/2 lb Chicken
  • 4 tbsp Thai Soy Sauce
  • 2 tsp Fish sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 1 Chopped cilantro
  • 2 Lime
  • 1 bunch green onions

How to Make Thai Fried Rice

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Thai Fried Rice in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat oil in wok or large non-stick saute pan. Add garlic.
  • Step 2
  • When garlic starts to brown, add raw protein and cook to about 60% done
  • Step 3
  • Add egg. Let sit before scrambling.
  • Step 4
  • Add rice and push down on rice to break up clumps then toss.
  • Step 5
  • Add fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and white pepper. Continue stirring until seasoning is well distributed and rice is heated through.
  • Step 6
  • Add green onions and toss just to mix.
  • Step 7
  • Remove from heat. Serve on plate with lime slice.
