  • 3/4 box Orzo Pasta
  • 1 packages Smoked Sausage
  • 1 packages Panchetta
  • 1 packages Stir Fry Peppers
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 4 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 4 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Sesame Seed Oil
  • 4 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tsp Ginger
  • 2 tsp Chinese Five Spice
  • 1 dash sesame seeds

How to Make Thai Pasta with Sausage and Peppers

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Thai Pasta with Sausage and Peppers in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Slice sausage in half length wise, then cut again making half moon shapes.
  • Step 2
  • Place in your skillet with the panchetta and cook till panchetta is slightly crisp.
  • Step 3
  • Stir in your stir fry peppers and cook till heated through. Note: If using fresh peppers and onions, cook till soft. If you are using a frozen package, cook mixture until liquid has cooked off.
  • Step 4
  • Cook your Orzo pasta until aldenta.
  • Step 5
  • While pasta is cooking, in a bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine, ginger, Chinese five spice, and honey, and mix until smooth. Set to the side.
  • Step 6
  • Once pasta is cooked and drained, add it to your sausage and peppers. Mix together until both are evenly combined.
  • Step 7
  • Add your peanut sauce to mixture and stir until combined throughout.
  • Step 8
  • When serving, sprinkle sesame seeds on top and enjoy.
